I don't like wiping butt anyway. This will motivate me to get a better paying and more enjoyable job. This will also motivate me to further pursue teaching hiphop dance & my other talents and market myself harder to make money. If I ever get back into it I'm going to stick to minimum gear, which also works with my constant moving from city to city, unless I'm well off financially, which I really wasn't anyway and spent money impusively & excessively.

How you can help:

If anyone has job leads please let me know. I've done food service, telemarketing, door to door fund raising, and nurse aide/patient care tech/phlebotomy work.

If anyone is interested in my services I'm marketing, please let me know also. These are my craigslist ads:

Street Bicycle Lessons - Commuter or Messenger Style

I'm offering lessons on riding a bicycle commuter style or messenger style. What's the difference? Commuter style is generally riding in a safe manner. Messenger style is generally riding as fast and as efficient as possible, while taking more safety and legal risks. If you're absolutely new to cycling as a commuter or bike messenger this is the right program for you.

I'm an experienced Pittsburgh & New York City bicycle commuter & messenger.

HipHop Dance Instruction

This class will teach you the classic old school fundamentals of hiphop (Popping, Locking, & Breakin) and perhaps some of the new school styles (Krumping, Voguing, Wacking/Schway, Street Jazz, Jazz Funk, Jerkin, Turfin, Cwalkin etc.) If you are an advanced dancer in other styles but a beginner to Poppin/Lockin/Breakin this is suitable for you also.

This group is intended for the absolute beginner who wants to improve their technique and having more learning opportunities available to them besides general hiphop choreo classes. This will not be like a general hiphop class where the focus is choreography and random moves thrown together.

I started this group so I may teach the fundamental styles of hiphop since I noticed theres a lack of fundamental style classes in Pittsburgh. The reason to learn fundamental styles vs. general hiphop choreo classes is that you would learn all the moves within that style and be better able to not only freestyle, but to also combine these styles into something unique. You will also be better at learning the new school styles since you have mastered the fundamentals.

Class will consist of stretching, warmup, lesson, freestyle session, practice/Q&A session, introductions, & feedback.

About me: I trained at NYC at the Hiphop Dance Conservatory, Peridance, Alvin Ailey, & Broadway Dance Center for about a year in Popping, Locking, Breaking, and a little Voguing & Krumping. I returned to Pittsburgh to be closer to family and am passionate about teaching and sharing my knowledge with everyone.

yo man, here's my opinion. i work for a restoration company. there are many of those around Pittsburgh i'm sure and with all the snow and water damages that have occurred from the winter i would strongly suggest this. they are full-time jobs and pay above minimum most places. one place i offer is DRS (Disaster Restoration Services). Job descriptions include: construction/destruction, cleaning, painting, and general grunt work. Hope things work out for you man.

If you can, work for your borough's public works department. I'm working for Greentree's over the summer while I'm outta college. Pay is 9 bucks an hour, which isn't too shabby if you ask me, considering minimum wage is $7.25 an hour. While you may not be able to get full time employment, try and get on for the summer at least. Ya, the hours suck (I work 7 to 3:30 Monday through Friday) but the pay is good.
