Default Question regarding PA National Guard’s reflexive fire training

I am formulating a research study regarding reflexive fire performance (short-range marksmanship). I was wondering about two things:
1. Does PA National Guard use red dot or optics for reflexive fire training?
2. How close are the shot groupings when shooting at the target as shown in the picture below at a distance of 15 m while walking forward?

By the way, here's where I work: http://www.pitt.edu/~neurolab/. I hope this idea of mine will contribute to my lab's DOD project.

I finally got an answer from Pennsylvania Firearm Owners Association forum, thanks to Mr. Anderson:

"Your in luck I just got back from AT up at the Gap and we did the reflexive fire course.

we used M4 with CCO which is a Aim Point.

Commands are "Ready Up".
Course of Fire 27 rounds. Need 21 hits in white to qualify.
Starting at 30m Ready up 3 rounds 2 center mass one head.
Walking forward 25m ready up 3 rounds
Walking forward 20m ready up 3 rounds
Walking forward 15m ready up 3 rounds
Standing 15m ready up 3 rounds
Walking forward 10m ready up 3 rounds
Walking forward 5m ready up 3 rounds
Backing up to 10m
Walking to left.
Right face, Right face
Walking parallel to targets ready up 3 rounds
Right face, walk right of target
Left face, left face
Walking parallel to targets ready up 3 rounds

Safety was a big issue. We each had a Range Office walking behind us with a hold of our IBA. This was to make sure no one moved to fast and got off line.

Was a lot of fun I missed once one of my head shots was just a little off in the green.

Also we do not really worry about groups. As long as the shoots where in the white will good to go. "

Note:
AT - Advance Training
GAP - Fort Indiantown Gap
CCO - Close-quarter Combat Optics
IBA - Individual Body Armor
